HUGE thank you to Ashley Nicole Portrait for her amazing photos from our body image workshop #NourishChicago on Nov. 8 at City Winery Chicago!
My favorite parts of the day were our morning yoga class, and then also our meditation which taught us to be kind to ourselves and take that with us during our week. Susan Morlock, MA, LPC from the The Awakening Center also delivered an enlightening presentation on the history of body image.
Emilie Maynor of Emilie Maynor Living deserves so much respect for her hard work helping people find better relationships with food and wellness. Her contributions to this series, and to her clients, are truly remarkable.[Best_Wordpress_Gallery id=”8″ gal_title=”#NourishChicago – Nov. 8, 2015″]
