We’ll happily upload all the event photos soon, but in the meantime, we’re happy to report that our VERY FIRST workshop was a great success! We made long-lasting friendships, meditated and yoga’d (is that a word), and raised money for Project HEAL. I don’t see the downside.
We’re busy planning our next body image workshop for NEW YORK CITY. Mark your calendars for April 2016 – Emilie & I are so excited!
Thank you to City Winery Chicago for providing the space, to DoorDash for providing our breakfast, to Bottom Line Yoga for providing yoga mats, and to Shyp for providing our mid-morning snack. Love and gratitude go to Susan Morlock from The Awakening Center for her amazing presentation, and to Emilie Maynor Living for promoting balance and peace in people’s lives – and for helping me turn this crazy workshop idea into a reality.
Thank you everyone who experienced the workshop. I hope you really got to dig in and explore how you feel about your body and about food on the daily. My greatest wish is that you have carried feelings of inspiration and empowerment with you through your week. xox
